Depending on your goal it may vary. For basic maintenance I recommend every 6-8 weeks. For targeted treatment of hyperpigmentation and photo damage for example, then I suggest weekly treatments for a series of 4 to jumpstart the repair process. On the worst end - seasonally - Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer.

The short answer is NO. Using a mechanical exfoliant daily can strip your skin of its natural oil and does not allow for normal exfoliation or cell regeneration. Once a week is sufficient. If you are using retinol then you may not want to use a mechanical exfoliant at all.

Zinc and Titanium oxide actually block UV rays and are natural minerals that offer additional benefits to the skin. Reapply every 80 min if outdoors or working near windows.
